Mindful Mandala is a creative space I started in 2020. To draw together, slow down, and connect through art. Each session is designed to be calming, meditative, and gently expressive — no pressure, no perfection, just presence.
In these classes, we explore animal symbolism, natural elements, and sacred shapes, using mandalas as a way to reconnect with the rhythms of the earth and our own inner world.
This video is just a little taster — a simple introduction to the kind of creative space I hold. Usually, our classes go a little deeper, combining storytelling, symbolism, and mindfulness as we draw things like mandala whales, butterflies, birds, moons, flowers, and more — each one with intention and meaning.

- A4 paper*
- 0.3 Black fineliner (I cant live without my Artline 6 pack* for all my drawings!)
- Black Sharpie* or thicker pen
- Compass*
- Ruler
- Eraser
- Sharpener
