Class Information: Flow/Vinyasa is a heated practice and has a focus on dynamic movements, breath work, strength and balance. Yin Yoga is a gentle, calming practice that focuses on stretching the body and relaxing the nervous system. All classes are open to all levels. No prior experience needed.
